If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at support@fzjewelry.shop. Kindly include photos of the damage in your email. Please refrain from returning the item before sending us the photos so that we can determine the best resolution for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR IT DOES NOT FIT?

If necessary, and if the issue cannot be resolved otherwise, we will guide you through the return process. However, you will only need to cover the return shipping costs if applicable.
