Return Policy for FZ Jewelry
At FZ Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@fzjewelry.com for the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging.
- Items must be returned in a single package.
- Returns must use the same delivery service as the original shipment.
- Custom-made items cannot be returned.
Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

- Provide a photo and description of the defective or incorrect item, along with your order number.
Our team will review your claim and contact you with the next steps. Please report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Size or Color Exchanges
If the size or color of your item is not suitable, you may return it for an exchange. However, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging or include the company label.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
